Clairvoyance is a universal method of accessing information.

‘‘Clairvoyance is a universal method of accessing information. What could such acquisition of information be compared with? In fact, we already have something like that in our modern life. It is a global net – Internet. By dint of this net we can obtain any information within the net from any spot of the Earth. So, turns out, there is some sort of Cosmic Net, the Net of the Universe, which holds the data about absolutely everything. A person in this case can be compared to an operator. Then for the operator clairvoyance is a way to enter the Cosmic Net with an inquiry. And the speed-in-action there is so immense, that the answer is given instantaneously. I will note that instead of Cosmic Net it is rather be called a universal informational field.
This brings up an interesting question: how are discoveries made? The discoveries, and sometimes outstanding, are made in different areas of life.
First and foremost it can be seen by the example of science, but in other fields they are, naturally, made too, for example, a certain change in a technological process at a plant or in society, this is generally one of the occurrences of our life, though science, perhaps, is the most obvious example
in terms of making discoveries.
Now, the question that arises is: what can be said from the perspective being considered about the discoveries made by people who do not have clairvoyance?
When someone has a brilliant idea, and makes a discovery, this idea, this answer to his search, comes, of course, from the same database, from the Cosmic Net database. And in a sense it is no coincidence that this answer comes to him, no coincidence in the sense that it is often obtained as a result of long years of search and hard work. But one can never say when the answer will come, and if it will come at all. So it must be admitted that this breakthrough to the database is, none the less, unfortunately, accidental, for it is not controllable, it is not manageable.
We can make such a comparison. Assume there are two people who need water. One of them puts his palms together, outstretches his arms waiting, when it will start raining in order to get some water. The other one knows about the existence of a water supply system. Furthermore, he knows
how to use it. That is why when he needs water, he just comes up to a tap and turns it on. And he fills either a glass, or a bucket, or an entire tank with water - as needed.
So one has to know and understand the standard procedure of accessing information. The fact of the matter is, there are a great many questions, but there are too few accidental breakthroughs to the answers. If we consider, for example, the question, mentioned above, of the purpose of the appendix, up to now there has been no such breakthrough yet, just as in a countless
number of other cases.
An important remark must be made to what has been said. For clarity I have compared the use of clairvoyance with entry into the Cosmic Net, where there is an answer to any question. This comparison reflects more the facade of the phenomenon, it does not reflect its intrinsic profundity, its multiversion, and thus certain clarifications need to be made. Namely, as it has been said, it is, of course, possible to enter into the universal Cosmic Net with an inquiry in order to access the information. But it can be done differently. The information can be taken directly from the place, where the transmitter, supplying the information is. In fact, and this is very important, the information exists already in the status of the one, asking a question, that is, as direct knowledge, when the information, still not being decoded, that is, not having yet been brought to a person’s conscious awareness, already determines his behavior. In order for it to be recognized immediately and used by the person consciously to determine his line of behavior, a high level of consciousness is required, and this is just the goal I have already spoken about.’’

‘‘La clairvoyance est une méthode d’accès universelle à l’information. À quoi une telle acquisition d’information peut être comparée ? En fait nous avons déjà quelque chose comme ça dans la vie moderne. C’est un net universel – l’internet.  Grâce à ce réseau, nous pouvons obtenir n'importe quelle information dans le réseau à partir de n'importe quel point de la Terre. Ainsi, il s’avère qu’il y a une sorte de Net Cosmique, le Net de l’Univers lequel  détient les données sur absolument tout. Une personne dans ce cas peut être comparée à un opérateur. Alors pour l’opérateur la clairvoyance est une voie pour entrer dans le Net Cosmique avec une demande de renseignements. Et la rapidité d'action y est si grande que la réponse est donnée instantanément. Je noterai qu'au lieu de Net Cosmique, on l'appelle plutôt un champ informationnel universel. Cela soulève une question intéressante : comment les découvertes sont-elles faites ? Les découvertes, et parfois exceptionnelles, sont faites dans différents domaines de la vie.
Cela se voit avant tout à l'exemple de la science, mais dans d'autres domaines, cela se fait naturellement aussi, par exemple une certaine modification d'un processus technologique dans une usine ou dans la société, c'est généralement une des occurrences de notre vie, bien que la science, peut-être, soit l'exemple le plus évident en termes de découvertes.                                                                  
Maintenant, la question qui se pose est la suivante : que peut-on dire, du point de vue considéré, des découvertes faites par les personnes qui n'ont pas de clairvoyance ?
Lorsque quelqu'un a une idée brillante, et fait une découverte, cette idée, cette réponse à sa recherche, vient bien sûr de la même base de données le Net Cosmique. Et dans un sens, ce n'est pas une coïncidence dans la mesure où elle est souvent le résultat de longues années de recherche et de travail acharné. Mais on ne peut jamais dire quand la réponse viendra, et si elle viendra. Il faut donc admettre que cette percée de la base de données n'en est pas moins, malheureusement, accidentelle, car elle n'est pas contrôlable, elle n'est pas gérable.
Nous pouvons faire une telle comparaison. Supposons qu'il y ait deux personnes qui ont besoin d'eau. L'une d'elles joint ses paumes, tend les bras en attendant le moment où il va commencer à pleuvoir pour aller chercher de l'eau. L'autre connaît l'existence d'un système d'approvisionnement en eau. De plus, elle sait comment l'utiliser. C'est pourquoi, lorsqu'elle a besoin d'eau, elle  s'approche simplement d'un robinet et l'ouvre. Et elle remplit d'eau un verre, un seau ou un réservoir entier - selon ses besoins.
Il faut donc connaître et comprendre la procédure standard d'accès à l'information. Le fait est qu'il y a beaucoup de questions, mais trop peu de percées accidentelles dans les réponses. Si nous considérons, par exemple, la question, mentionnée ci-dessus, de l'objet de l'annexe, jusqu'à présent, il n'y a pas encore eu de percée de ce type, tout comme dans un nombre incalculable d'autres cas. Une remarque importante doit être faite sur ce qui a été dit. Par clarté, j'ai comparé l'utilisation de la voyance avec l'entrée dans le  Net Cosmique, où il y a une réponse à toute question. Cette  comparaison reflète davantage la façade du phénomène, elle ne reflète pas sa profondeur intrinsèque, sa multiversion, et donc certaines clarifications doivent être apportées. À savoir, comme cela a été dit, il est bien sûr possible d'entrer dans le réseau cosmique universel avec une demande de renseignements afin d'accéder à l'information. Mais ça peut être fait différemment. Les informations peuvent être tirées directement du lieu, où se trouve l'émetteur, en fournissant l'information. En fait, et c'est très important, l'information existe déjà dans le statut de celui qui pose une question, c'est-à-dire en tant que connaissance directe, alors que l'information, qui n'est pas encore décodée, c'est-à-dire qui n'a pas encore été portée à la connaissance consciente d'une personne, détermine déjà son comportement, un niveau de conscience élevé est nécessaire, et c’est justement l'objectif dont j'ai déjà parlé’’.

‘‘Ясновидение — это универсальный способ доступа к информации. С чем можно было бы сравнить подобное получение информации? На самом деле нечто похожее уже есть в нашей современной жизни. Это глобальная сеть Интернет. С помощью этой сети можно получить любую имеющуюся в ней информацию и из любой точки Земного шара. Так вот, оказывается, существует нечто вроде Космической Сети, Сети Вселенной, где есть данные вообще обо всѐм. Человека при этом можно сравнить с оператором. Тогда ясновидение есть способ для оператора войти с запросом в Космическую Сеть. А быстродействие там настолько велико, что ответ даѐтся мгновенно. Замечу, что вместо Космической Сети, по сути, лучше говорить о всеобщем информационном поле. Здесь возникает интересный вопрос: как делаются открытия? Открытия, и иногда выдающиеся, совершаются в разных областях жизни. Прежде всего это видно на примере науки, но и в других областях они, естественно, тоже есть, например, какое-то изменение в технологическом процессе на заводе или в обществе, это вообще одно из явлений нашей жизни, хотя нагляднее всего совершение открытий видно, пожалуй, на примере науки. Так вопрос возникает следующий: а что можно сказать с рассматриваемой точки зрения об открытиях людей, не обладающих ясновидением?

Когда человеку приходит в голову блестящая мысль, и он делает открытие, то эта мысль, этот ответ на его поиски, приходит, конечно, из той же базы данных, из базы данных Космической Сети. И в некотором смысле этот ответ приходит к нему не случайно, не случайно в том смысле, что он часто получен в результате долгих лет поисков и упорного труда. Но никогда нельзя сказать, когда ответ придѐт, и придѐт ли вообще. Так что следует признать, что этот прорыв к базе данных, к сожалению, всѐ же случаен, ибо он не является контролируемым, он не является управляемым.

Можно привести такое сравнение. Пусть имеются два человека, которым нужна вода. Один из них складывает ладони вместе, вытягивает руки вперѐд и стоит, ожидая, когда пойдѐт дождь, чтобы набрать немного воды. Другой же знает о существовании водопроводной сети. Более того, он умеет ею пользоваться. Поэтому, когда ему нужна вода, он просто подходит к крану и открывает его. И набирает или стакан воды, или ведро, или целый бак, — сколько нужно.

Так что нужно владеть стандартной процедурой доступа к информации. Дело в том, что вопросов очень много, а случайных прорывов к ответам слишком мало. Если взять, например, упоминавшийся выше вопрос о назначении аппендикса, то такого прорыва здесь до сих пор так и не произошло, как и в бесчисленном множестве других случаев.

К сказанному выше нужно сделать важное замечание. Использование ясновидения я для наглядности сравнил с вхождением в Космическую Сеть, в которой можно найти ответ на любой интересующий нас вопрос. Это сравнение больше отражает внешнюю сторону явления, в нем не отражена его подлинная глубина, его многовариантность, и поэтому нужно сделать некоторые уточнения. А именно, можно, конечно, как было сказано, для получения информации войти с запросом в общую Космическую Сеть. Но можно поступить и иначе. Информацию можно взять сразу непосредственно с того места, где находится датчик, поставляющий эту информацию. Более того, и это очень важно, информация существует уже в статусе задающего вопрос, то есть в виде прямого знания, когда она ещѐ в нерасшифрованном виде, то есть ещѐ не будучи осознанной человеком, уже определяет его поведение. Чтобы эта информация могла быть осознана сразу же и использована человеком сознательно для определения линии поведения, требуется высокий уровень развития сознания, и это как раз та цель, о которой я уже говорил.’’
