Let, for example, a tree grow on a certain site of the land. You realize that there is ground below, under it. There is air above it and on each side. All these separate areas join in your consciousness by your seeing in all of them the eternal reproduction of life.
The life is eternal. You have to realize it.
Remember about it watching the surrounding world, feeling it, dissolving in it. Realization of this Truth will come to you:

YES, THE LIFE IS ETERNAL!

3. You are absolutely and completely healthy and everyone around you is healthy. And the World is eternal. And all events are creative. And always you see everything only in positive light. And everything around is favorable.
I would like to make one more remark to the given exercises. I repeat once again that you should determine yourself the number of concentrations and their duration.
You have also to decide independently which result currently is the most important for you, what you should aspire to, first of all.
Remember that these exercises are creative. They develop you. You will grow spiritually with the help of these concentrations, and this in its turn will help you to fulfill all these concentrations at a higher level and that will ensure for you bigger development and so further.
These exercises help to develop consciousness, development of events of your life in favorable direction, receiving of full value health and establishment of harmony with the pulse of the Universe.

Vous devez aussi décider indépendamment quel résultat est actuellement le plus important pour vous, ce à quoi vous devriez aspirer, avant tout.
Rappelez-vous que ces exercices sont créatifs. Ils vous développement. Vous croîtrez spirituellement à l'aide de ces concentrations, ce qui vous permettra d'accomplir toutes ces concentrations à un plus haut niveau et cela vous assurera un plus grand développement et tellement davantage.

Вы также самостоятельно должны решить, какой результат в данный момент является для вас наиболее важным, к чему нужно стремиться прежде всего. Если вы хотите получить определённый результат к какому-то сроку, то закладывайте это время в целевую установку и через концентрацию добивайтесь его.
Помните, что это творческие упражнения. Они развивают вас. С помощью этих концентраций вы будете духовно расти, а это в свою очередь поможет вам все эти концентрации делать уже на более высоком уровне, что обеспечит вам ещё большее развитие и так далее. Этот процесс бесконечен.
Довольно быстро вы обнаружите, что ваша жизнь начала изменяться в лучшую сторону, хотя если быть более точным, то надо сказать, что это вы сами начали делать её такой, что вы постепенно начинаете брать управление вашей жизнью в свои руки.
Эти упражнения способствуют развитию сознания, развитию событий вашей жизни в благоприятном направлении, обретению полноценного здоровья и установлению гармонии с пульсом Вселенной.
