А поскольку в данном случае именно вы осуществляете воскрешение, то, естественно, ваше тело и выступает в качестве образца. Суть данного метода состоит в вашем осознании этого факта. В связи с этим вы должны стремиться обеспечить максимально высокий уровень здоровья вашего тела, т.к. именно ваш уровень здоровья и будет восприниматься воскрешаемым.
