''Now let us return to my handbook. The book consists of 27 chapters. Each chapter includes a collection of specific diseases. The first 25 chapters actually include all known diseases. The 26th chapter provides concentrations for recovery from unknown diseases and conditions.

Following the name of each chapter there is a restoring number series, which applies to all diseases together placed in this chapter. It is always possible to use it and especially when the exact diagnosis is not known, when it is just known that the disease relates to this chapter. If the diagnosis is known the number series that follows just after the name of the concrete illness should be used. It is also possible to use additionally the general number of the chapter, as I’ve mentioned before.

The content of the book presents the names of diseases each followed by a number series that cures this disease.

As an example here is the beginning of the first chapter.

CHAPTER 1. PRINCIPLES OF TREATMENT FOR CRITICAL CONDITIONS – 1258912.

ACUTE RESPIRATORY FAILURE – 1257814 – pathologic state of the organism when maintenance of the normal gas composition of blood is not provided or is achieved by the effort of compensating mechanisms of external respiration and is characterized by:

– Decrease of PO₂ of arterial blood (PaO₂) below 50 mm Hg when breathing air;

– Increase of PCO₂ of arterial blood (PaCO₂) above 50 mm Hg;

– Disorder of mechanics and rhythm of respiration;

– РН decrease (7.35).

ACUTE CARDIOVASCULAR FAILURE (CONGESTIVE CARDIAC FAILURE)– 1895678 –lost ability of heart to provide adequate blood supply to organs and systems, break of capacities of heart and needs of tissues for oxygen, is characterized by low blood pressure, reduction of blood flow in tissues.

CARDIAC ARREST (clinical death) – 8915678 –transient condition between life and death: this is not death yet, but it is not life already. It begins from the moment of termination of activity of the central nervous system, blood circulation and breathing.

TRAUMATIC SHOCK, SHOCK AND SHOCKLIKE CONDITIONS – 1895132 – grave condition caused by an injury, which is accompanied by the expressed disturbances of functions of vitally important organs, first of all blood circulation and respiration.''

''Maintenant revenons vers mon manuel. Le livre est composé de 27 chapitres. Chaque chapitre inclue une collection de maladies spécifiques. Les premiers 25 chapitres incluent actuellement toutes les maladies connues. Le 26ème chapitre fournit les concentrations pour la guérison de maladies et conditions inconnues. En suivant le nom de chaque chapitre il y a des séries de nombres de rétablissement, lesquelles s’appliquent à toutes les maladies placées ensembles dans ce chapitre. Il est toujours possible de l’utiliser et particulièrement lorsque le diagnostic exact n’est pas connu, lorsqu’il est juste su que la maladie est relative à ce chapitre. Si le diagnostic est connu, les séries de nombres lesquelles s’ensuivent juste après le nom de la maladie concrète devraient être utilisées. Il est aussi possible d’utiliser additionnellement le nombre général du chapitre, comme je l’ai mentionné auparavant.

Le contenu du livre présente les noms des maladies chacune suivie par des séries de nombres lesquelles guérissent de cette maladie.

En tant qu’exemple voici le début du premier chapitre.

L’état pathologique de l’organisme lorsque la maintenance de la composition normale de gaz du sang n’est pas fournie ou est réalisée par l’effort de compensation des mécanismes de respiration externe et est caractérisée par :

DÉFAILLANCE CARDIOVASCULAIRE AIGUË (DÉFAILLANCE CARDIAQUE CONGESTIVE) – 1895678 – perte de la capacité du cœur à fournir le supplément de sang adéquat aux organes et systèmes, rupture des capacités du cœur et des besoins des tissus pour l’oxygène, est caractérisée par une pression sanguine basse, une réduction du flux sanguin dans les tissus.

ARRÊT CARDIAQUE (mort clinique) – 8915678 – état transitoire entre la vie et la mort : ce n’est pas encore la mort, mais ce n’est déjà pas la vie. Il commence depuis le moment de l’arrêt de l’activité du système nerveux central, de la circulation du sang et de la respiration.

CHOC TRAUMATIQUE, CHOC ET ÉTATS ANALOGUES – 1895132 – état grave causé par une blessure, lequel est accompagné par des perturbations exprimées des fonctions d’organes vitaux importants, tout d’abord la circulation du sang et la respiration.''

''Обратимся теперь к моей книге-справочнику. Книга состоит из 27 глав. В каждой главе рассматривается совокупность определѐнных болезней. В первых 25 главах охвачены практически все известные заболевания. В 26-й главе даны концентрации для излечения от неизвестных болезней и состояний.

После названия каждой главы, сразу за ним, идѐт восстанавливающий цифровой ряд, который относится одновременно ко всем заболеваниям, помещенным в эту главу. Им всегда можно пользоваться и особенно тогда, когда точный диагноз не известен, а известно лишь то, что заболевание относится к данному разделу. Если же диагноз известен, то используется цифровой ряд, стоящий сразу же за названием этого конкретного заболевания. Можно дополнительно использовать, как я сказал, и общий ряд главы. Материал в книге представлен таким образом, что сразу же за названием заболевания всегда стоит цифровой ряд, который это заболевание излечивает.

В качестве примера приведу начало первой главы.

ОСТАНОВКА СЕРДЦА (клиническая смерть) - 8915678 - переходное состояние между жизнью и смертью - это еще не смерть, но уже и не жизнь. Начинается с момента прекращения деятельности центральной нервной системы, кровообращения и дыхания.

ТРАВМАТИЧЕСКИЙ ШОК, ШОКОВЫЕ И ШОКОПОДОБНЫЕ СОСТОЯНИЯ - 1895132 - тяжелое состояние, вызванное травмой, сопровождающееся выраженными нарушениями

функций жизненно важных органов, в первую очередь кровообращения и дыхания.
