‘‘With my practical results, I proved the possibility of complete restoration of destroyed matter. This proves the necessity to develop along the path of creation. Let's follow the path of full recovery, and consider this area to be in canonical form, as a completely restored full structure. There is attention concentration for solving this problem. Consciousness comes into contact with the human body and the environment. Physical matter, as well as the human spirit, creates the reality in the orders of the general relationships. Therefore, concentrating on parts of the body we can change the reality in generalized terms, and, therefore, harmonious in all areas of creation. I will explain one of the techniques of control. Certainly, it can be developed for an infinite number of applications. For this practice of cognition the following technique will be effective:
   1. Focus on the forefinger of your right hand from 10.02 p.m. to 10.04 p.m., i.e. for two minutes, envisaging the results you need. 19 This can be done by any person who creatively controls with the help of my knowledge. I have just got attached to this starting system, and it is unified. You can use any system. I work with the elements of comprehension and the elements of your reaction, which I trace.
   2. The second element is the concentration on calling to mind colors: pink, yellow, green, red, blue, purple. You pick up the colors and mentally begin to go over them. The most stable one – focus on it for five minutes. This is your training. It restores the scope of the required events in the future. How does it recover? This is what you have to guess. It is desirable to comprehend and to understand permanently. You must understand the way I think when I work on recovering. Then synchronization occurs and you will get results faster.’’

‘‘Avec mes résultats pratiques, j'ai prouvé la possibilité de restauration complète de la matière détruite. Ceci prouve la nécessité de se développer sur le chemin de la création. Suivons le sentier du rétablissement complet, et examinons cette zone en tant que forme canonique, comme une structure entière complètement restaurée. Il y a une concentration d'attention pour la résolution de ce problème. La conscience entre en contact avec le corps humain et l'environnement. La matière physique, aussi bien que l'Esprit humain, créent la réalité dans les ordres des relations générales. Par conséquent, en se concentrant sur les parties du corps nous pouvons changer la réalité en termes généralisés, et, donc, harmonieux dans toutes les zones de la création. Je vais expliquer l'une des techniques de contrôle. Certainement, celle-ci peut-être développée pour un nombre infini d'applications. Pour cette pratique cognitive la technique suivante sera effective :
   1. Concentrez-vous sur l'index de votre main droite de 22h02 à 22h04, à savoir, durant deux minutes, en prévoyant les résultats dont vous avez besoin.
Ceci peut être effectué par toute personne qui contrôle de façon créative à l'aide de ma science. Je me suis juste attaché à ce système de départ, et il est unifié. Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quel système. J’oeuvre avec les éléments de compréhension et les éléments de votre réaction que je trace.
   2. Le second élément est la concentration sur les scannages des couleurs : le rose, le jaune, le vert, le rouge, le bleu, le violet. Vous détectez les couleurs et vous commencez mentalement à passer sur celles-ci.
La plus stable - focalisez-vous sur celle-là durant cinq minutes. C'est votre entraînement. Elle restaure l'étendue des événements requis dans le futur. Comment restaure-t-elle ?  ‘‘Своими практическими результатами я доказал возможность полного восстановления разрушенной материи, что и доказывает необходимость развиваться по пути созидания. Давайте идти по пути полного восстановления и эту сферу представлять в каноническом виде, в виде совершенно полной восстановленной структуры. Существует концентрация внимания для решения данной проблемы. Сознание соприкасается с телом человека и внешней средой. Физическая материя, также как и Дух человека, формирует реальность в порядках общих взаимосвязей. Поэтому, концентрируясь на областях тела, можно менять реальность в обобщённом плане и, следовательно, гармонично во всей области созидания. Я объясняю одну из техник управления. Естественно, её можно развить для бесконечного количества приложений. Для данной практики познания будет результативней следующая техника:
   1. Сосредоточиться на указательном пальце правой руки с 22 часов 02 минут до 22 часов 04 минут, то есть две минуты, представляя результат, который вам необходим. Это может делать любой человек, кто созидательно управляет с помощью моих знаний. Я просто привязался к этой отправной системе, и она унифицирована. Можно использовать любую систему. Я работаю с элементами понимания и элементами вашей реакции, которые я прослеживаю.
   2. Второй элемент – концентрация на переборах цветов: розовый, жёлтый, зелёный, красный, синий, фиолетовый. Вы берёте эти цвета и мысленно начинаете их перебирать. Наиболее устойчивый – фиксируетесь на нём пять минут. Это ваш тренинг. Он восстанавливает сферу необходимых событий в будущем. Как он восстанавливает? Это вы должны догадаться. Желательно понять и понимать постоянно. Вы должны понимать, как я мыслю, когда восстанавливаю. Тогда происходит синхронизация, и вы быстрее добиваетесь результата.’’
