For lanthanum it’s necessary to concentrate at the first symbol of the electronic configuration and the penultimate character of the electronic configuration, and the one preceding it, that is on "1", "5", "d". When concentrating on the electronic configuration, there's a way where you just have to look at the electronic configuration, try to remember the symbols to concentrate on and try to visualize that electronic configuration at the level of thought. Vous pouvez alors remarquer que les symboles sur lesquels vous vous concentrez sont plus dynamiques dans le mental, et qui dit dynamique dit mouvement vers la norme.

Для лантана нужно концентрироваться на первом символе электронной конфигурации и предпоследнем символе электронной конфигурации, и предшествующем перед ним, то есть на «1», «5», «d». При концентрации на электронной конфигурации есть способ, когда нужно просто посмотреть на электронную конфигурацию, постараться запомнить символы, на которых нужно концентрироваться, и постараться представить на уровне мысли эту электронную конфигурацию. Тогда Вы можете заметить, что символы, на которых Вы концентрируетесь, они более динамичны в сознании, а динамика – это движение в сторону нормы.
