‘‘I would recommend finding some time for the exercises, which are cited below. For each day of the month I recommend three exercises corresponding to this day. These exercises contain control of events.
For this purpose different concentrations should be applied. During the concentration keep
remembering the exact aim you would like to achieve. The aim might be realization of a desirable event, for example, recovery from a disease, development of a mechanism of knowledge of the World, and so on. The main thing here is to conduct always regulation of information for the universal salvation and harmonic development. Such regulation can be a struggle against destruction at informational level because you fulfill the work of rescuers.’’

‘‘Je recommande de trouver du temps pour les exercices, lesquels sont cités ci-dessous. Pour chaque jour du mois je recommande trois exercices correspondant à ce jour. Ces exercices contiennent le contrôle des événements.
À cet effet, les concentrations différentes devraient être pratiquées. Durant la concentration, gardez en mémoire l'objectif précis que vous voulez réaliser. L'objectif peut être la réalisation d'un événement souhaité, par exemple, la guérison d'une maladie, le développement du mécanisme des connaissances de l'Univers, et ainsi de suite. La chose essentielle ici est de toujours conduire la régulation de l'information pour le salut universel et le développement harmonieux. Additional possibilities of control

‘‘These techniques give you additional possibilities of control. You may change the structure of the concentration, your mood to fulfill it; you may vary symbolic equalization of the numbers to the elements of the reality. As a result you will be able to increase the effectiveness of your concentration. You will be able to control better the time of execution of what you resolved. This is very important in practical life.
Your concentration should give an instantaneous result when an instantaneous salvation is required.
The factor of time may be not so significant if the aim is to provide harmonic development. The decisive factor in this case is provision of your just harmonic development with consideration of all circumstances.
You will get exactly this by means of your concentrations. So, everything should be individual in these exercises. Everyone should choose independently the system of his development. You should bear in mind the following.
It is not possible to make a choice of a system of your own development just by means of logic. You are sure to set your goals, you aim to achieve them, and, however, your soul has already got the tasks which had been put in before. Therefore, when you carry out concentrations, the tasks which had been put in before can be realized at first. These are the tasks, which were the tasks of the soul, which were not only the tasks of your development but the development of the whole society as well. When you fulfill these tasks you feel that these are exactly the things you should have done first of all, you feel this at a very profound internal level, at the level of development of the soul, at the level of the Creator.’’

En tant que résultat vous serez en mesure d’augmenter l’efficacité de votre concentration. Vous serez en mesure de mieux contrôler le temps d’exécution de ce que vous avez résolu. Ceci est très important dans la vie pratique. Votre concentration devrait donner un résultat instantané lorsqu’un salut instantané est requis.
Le facteur temps peut ne pas être si significatif si l’objectif est de fournir un développement harmonieux. Le facteur décisif dans ce cas est la provision de votre propre développement harmonieux en tenant compte de toutes les circonstances.

Если же речь идѐт о том, чтобы обеспечить гармоничность развития, то здесь фактор времени может не играть столь важной роли. Решающим здесь является обеспечение именно гармоничности вашего развития, с учѐтом всех обстоятельств, и именно это дадут вам ваши концентрации.
Так что в этих упражнениях всѐ должно быть индивидуально.
Каждый должен сам выбрать систему своего развития. При этом важно иметь в виду следующее.
Выбор системы собственного развития невозможно сделать только логическим путѐм. Конечно, вы ставите перед собой цели, вы стремитесь достичь их, но в вашей душе уже есть задачи, которые были заложены туда в более раннее время. Поэтому, когда вы проводите концентрации, вначале могут реализовываться те задачи, которые были заложены ранее, которые были задачами души и которые были задачами не только вашего развития, но и развития всего общества. Выполняя эти задачи, вы чувствуете, что именно это вам нужно сделать в первую очередь, вы чувствуете это на глубоком внутреннем уровне, на уровне развития души, на уровне Создателя.’’
