The device, which I will now present in the form of certain mathematical descriptions, must meet the conditions of reactivity to the developing situation. That is, for example, in the principles of quantum mechanics there is such a notion that the instrument of measurement - it can be coarser or change the structure of reality. In our situation, when it comes to saving people, we must obviously define the task adequately at once and control any system, and therefore, we must have access to the system. Therefore, the control system that will be described here changes depending on what happens in the changing reality.
That is, if you start work, and this work, say, has led to the fact that some part of the rescue work is done, the instrumental device can change. And in this connection it is necessary to fix at once somewhere absolutely concretely that this change should be fixed in a symbolic row which initially is static. That is, any processes occurring in static equations can be different. And if we are talking about how to apply specific equations for control, then we should get in this mathematics, in fact, the control that you get with the same system as, say, the human body.
It has one form, but at the same time you have a lot of thoughts, that is, in other words, multivariant thinking, manifold, or multivariant actions. That is, one form contains many functions or an infinite number of functions. That is, with this approach, the formal mathematics either in a symbolic form or in the form of specific mathematical connections, which I imagine, will be clear. And that is why it should be relied upon from the point of view of the fact that you will simply learn the elements of development in this mathematics in the future, and everyone can in principle make up his or her own methodological base for himself or herself.

То есть, например, в принципах квантовой механики есть такое понятие, что инструмент замера – он может быть грубее или менять структуру реальности. В нашей ситуации, когда речь идѐт о спасении людей, мы должны, очевидно, определить адекватно сразу задачу и управлять любой системой, а следовательно, нужно иметь доступ к системе. Поэтому аппарат управления, который будет здесь описан, – он меняется в зависимости от того, что происходит в изменяющейся реальности.
То есть, если вы начинаете работу, и эта работа, предположим, привела к тому, что какая-то часть работ по спасению выполнена, инструментальный аппарат может меняться.
